Housecloud Access
A private assistant for one household.
Housecloud Access is the software that lets our family's personal assistant work with our own Google accounts — reading and organising mail, keeping the calendar straight, and handling the documents we ask it to handle.
It is not a product, it is not for sale, and it is not open to sign-ups. It runs on servers we operate ourselves, for the people who live here. Each family member connects their own account, sees exactly what they are granting on Google's consent screen, and can disconnect at any time from their Google account permissions page.
What it does with an account
- Reads and organises Gmail — labels, drafts, replies you ask for
- Reads and updates Google Calendar events
- Creates and edits the Google Drive files it is asked to work on
It does not touch anything else in an account, and it never sends your data anywhere outside our own systems.
